We have moved 3 times with Cartus and Myrick was definitely the best and most knowledgeable realtor we've ever had. It was a pleasure to work and he'd always answer any questions promptly and accurately.

Myrick has went above and beyond. Our house needs work done and he has given us the name and recommendation of contractors he has used for the last 15 years. Being new to the area and you don't know anyone this is vital.

Any questions that I had with the process, being there to open the house prior to closing to allow access for gaining estimates for contractors was never a problem.

Myrick is the best. He went above and beyond what was expected, I cannot imagine going through something like this with another broker. He and Ruth both were there for me 100%!
